Frequently Asked Questions

Peggie Paz currently come in four sizes.

Large approx: 11cm  

Medium approx: 8 cm

Small approx: 6.5 cm

XSmall approx: 5.5 - 6 cm

All Peggie Palz are UKCA safety tested.

Any Peggie UNDER 6.5cm is not suitable for children under 3 years.

Any Peggie OVER 6.5cm can be used by children 10 months + with supervision.

All Peggie Palz are hand painted and therefore no two will be the same. This gives each Peggie Pal their own little quirk. We don't all look the same, so why should our Peggies?!

Because they are hand painted we cannot except refunds, but if there is a problem with your Peggie and it arrives damaged or it needs replacing - we will happily send you out a replacement on return of the defected.  Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

All Peggies will be posted out via Royal Mail. You can chose the option between 1st and 2nd Class. Unfortunately once our Peggies begin their exciting new adventure to you, delivery timing is no longer within our control. A proof of postage can be provided, but please insure you have a safe space to leave your order if you will not be in. If your Peggie ends up lost - we will do our best to help you get them home with your Royal Mail Claim. Please note; that if Royal Mail do not refund through your Claim that we will not be able to refund or replace your missing Peggie.

We have a limited amount of Peggies stocked up, most will be made to order. Turn around is currently two to three weeks due to having a family with small children. Please message me if you need your Peggie sooner, I will do my best to help fufull this. We will provide you with frequent updates on your Pal being brought to life.  They will then be posted out to you via your choice of 1st or 2nd class post.
